Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, took possession of the goods.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the product has been unsealed after delivery. This particularly applies if the protective film has been removed, as the product can then no longer be resold as new.

3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vincent Ramon Thieme, Hauptstraße 52a, 10317 Berlin, Germany, Email: 39boardsberlin@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
