General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the 39 Boards Online Shop

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of 39 Boards, Vincent Ramon Thieme, Hauptstraße 52a, 10317 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

2. Contract Partner, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Vincent Ramon Thieme, 39 Boards. By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when the customer accepts the offer by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices plus shipping costs. Due to the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG, VAT is not shown.

4. Payment Terms
Payment can be made via PayPal or any other payment method offered in the shop. The customer commits to paying within 7 days after the conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery
Shipping within Germany is carried out via DHL or another shipping service provider. The delivery time is usually 8 to 15 working days after receipt of payment. Information on delivery times and shipping costs can be found in the respective product description.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal (see withdrawal policy).

7. Voluntary Exchange and Return Policy

(1) Conditions:

  • The goods are unused, clean, and without signs of use.

  • A proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) is provided.

  • The goods are not personalized or customized.

  • The protective film on the goods is not damaged or removed.

(2) Costs:
For voluntary returns, you bear the full cost of return shipping. In case of exchange due to manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery, we cover the shipping costs.

(3) Procedure:
Contact us in advance by email (39boardsberlin@gmail.com) to coordinate the exchange/return.
Then send the goods to: 39 Boards, Vincent Ramon Thieme, Hauptstraße 52a, 10317 Berlin.

8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. The seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.

9. Data Protection
The privacy policy of the online shop applies and can be viewed on the website (see Privacy Policy).

10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

11. Availability of Goods
All offers in our online shop are non-binding and subject to availability. If an ordered product is no longer available, we will inform the customer immediately and refund any payments already made. There is no entitlement to the delivery of an out-of-stock item.

12. Invoicing
For private customers (B2C), there is no obligation to issue an invoice. The order confirmation or receipt serves as sufficient proof of purchase. Business customers (B2B) receive an invoice with VAT upon request. If a customer requires an invoice, it can be requested later by email.
